To submit a complaint, you will need your registration code + ID code!
These details are contained in the confirmation e-mail you received when you first registered.
P.S. Once you have sent your service request (complaint), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an appointment.
Complaints/stains arising during delivery of your furniture, must be reported to your furniture supplier!
