Tips & Help with stains for leatherlook/imitation leather

General care and maintenance advice for leatherlook/imitation leather furniture and/or box spring:

  • Treat your furniture every six months with Leatherlook Clean & Care (contained in the care and maintenance set/box).
  • The following applies to all cleaning detergents : test on an inconspicuous area first (to ensure that there is no discolouration of the material).
  • It is always better to blot or dab the stain, rather than rub it (hard).

How to treat liquid stains

  • Always use white absorbent (unprinted) tissue paper first to remove the stain. Afterwards, treat the stain with a clean tissue and clean water!
  • If the stain is still visible, treat it with the stain remover provided (Leatherlook Clean & Care) and follow the instructions on the packaging! Repeat the process if necessary!
  • Stains that cannot be removed must be reported on www.eurofurnitureservice.eu within three working days (you will need your registration code for this).
